World Trade Center Tallinn

World Trade Center Tallinn is one of the business centers belonging to the global World Trade Centers Association (WTCA). The mission of the WTCs is to promote international investment and trade.

WTC is a highly valued brand in international business services and commercial real estate, as the license granted by the WTCA to each specific WTC guarantees its high quality and reliability. WTC Tallinn AS (World Trade Center Tallinn) has been a full member of the World Trade Centers Association since April 1995.

WTC Tallinn, which is owned by private capital, has been operating successfully since 1994. In the coming years, the reconstruction of some of the buildings belonging to the quarter is planned, as a result of which the volume of WTC Tallinn's commercial real estate as well as the quality of surfaces and services will increase significantly.According to the existing plans, in addition to office space, the reconstructed buildings will have apartments, a multifunctional conference center and a hotel.New buildings to be reconstructed are designed to have zero energy consumption and meet LEED Platinum accreditation.

World Trade Centers Association

The World Trade Centers Association was established in 1970 with the aim of promoting cooperation between its members, developing international economic ties and increasing the participation of developing countries in world trade. The organization currently unites 300 centers in 100 countries. The association's work is managed by a 20-member board consisting of representatives of various world trade centers, and the association's goals in various areas are planned and implemented by eight permanent committees:
  • Business Training Committee;
  • fair committee;
  • Committee of Newly Industrialized Countries;
  • information committee;
  • planning and financing committee;
  • tourism committee;
  • Committee on Standards, Quality and Mutual Assistance;
  • funds and publicity committee.
